Designing layouts for the Klondike iAd
While working for Story Worldwide, an opportunity to help create one of the earliest iAds couldn't be passed up. After the design concept and defining tech was developed by my colleagues, I was asked to flush out all the initial page layouts for approval. Once the design was signed off, the final assets were gathered for the working layouts to be created.
The iAd, which was created alongside Apple developers, turned into an immersive product that thoroughly engaged the target audience and provided Apple with something to showcase. It incorporated games and product details in an interactive format never seen before, resulting in nearly 30 million "Klondike" hits.
